"Misled over the fact that breakfast was NOT included."

When I booked this hotel I sent you an email asking you to confirm that breakfast was included in the deal which you confirmed for me. On arrival I was told this was not the case and therefore we had to pay 930 Kroner extra for breakfast (£109.00) for the 3 days of our stay. Other than that we were delighted with the Hotel and staff. Could you please respond to this email with your comments. Thank you, Susan Hughes.

Reasonable hotel centrally situatied in Copenhagen. staff very helpful with good service. Food wonderful . Currently undergoing some building work which resulted in a power cut during my stay which was very unfortunate .

Misled over the fact that breakfast was NOT included.

A larger establishment, Hotel Kong Arthur has quite a number of rooms to choose from. Splashing out a little more is well worth it for this 4-star accommodation. Forum and Royal Danish Theatre are attractions recommended by many. It won't be hard for you to visit Tivoli from here. Geological Museum and Danish Film Institute Museum, both a short walk away, provide a fascinating experience. Church of Our Lady is 0.8 km (0.5 miles) from here.
