Cons: Advertised room rate was not the rate for which i was billed. i was charged in-season rate for out of season dates, advertised facilities were not available and breakfast buffet was not fresh (stale croissants, coffee reheated in a kettle). i have not yet received a response to email requests for a refund of the excess charges.
