 "Richmond is Tired but Wonderfully Located"
This has been our third visit to the Richmond Hotel and although we enjoyed the hotel's location and the beach location, I must say that the hotel is now very tired and in need of renovation....carpets are filthy and the pool area is unkempt. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. We would likely seek another hotel the next time we visit South Beach.
