"Good Location"

Great location, lovely view of the La Pedrara, if your room is facing back of the building it is very quiet, hard to believe that busy la Ramblas is just on the other side. We had the room with a kitchen, it helps a lot when you travel with kids (it would have been even better if we had a kettle!) . Coming back to a clean room at the end of the day was very nice.

Place of the hotel in an excellent location, central and close to the subway.Very nice and clean. It's the optimal solution for who want to spend a few days in Barcelona and be enchanted by this beautiful city without unpleasant surprises.

"Excellent!"

Never having been to Barcelona before, I agonized for weeks about booking a hotel, trying to get the right location. This was PERFECT! Easy to get to from the airport (short train journey and a 5/10 min walk) and also walking distance to Las Ramblas, Sagrada Familia etcThe room was great for us and our two boys aged 10 + 13. Actually 2 rooms with small kitchenette which meant we could have breakfast etc. View of back of Gaudi's 'Pedrera' building and the best shower ever! The staff were really friendly and helpful.Really pleased we opted for this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Nice small hotel. Ideal if you want to be close to most of central Barcelonas sights & shopping.Nice clean rooms.Breakfastbuffet can be bought for the price of 6 euro in neighbouring restaurant.

"Great location and clean"

Pros: Great location and clean.
Cons: Our bathroom flooded 3 times and the cleaning staff smoked in our room whilst cleaning! also said 5 beds but one bed was one of those flat long lounges/couches with cushions and buttons on the bottom and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.

"The hotel was perfect for us as a family"

Pros: The hotel was perfect for us as a family. the view of la pedera was a fabulous bonus. being away from the main "tourist" roads was a benefit as it was less congested and quieter at night. everything was within easy walking distance though and having a metro stop a few metres away was great. the hotel staff were brilliant and really helpful. the rooms were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and fresh towels daily.

Cons: No soap/shampoo in showers. must request hairdryer, don't record messages despite saying otherwise. need to paint walls & change furniture; a chair to sit in would be nice & in larger rooms, if 2 tv's both should work & why would you cause those sleeping in one room of a suite have to go into another bedroom to get to bathroom? needs serious assessment of decoration/furniture arrangement

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent position and the staff on reception were very helpful. the room was excellent and very large.
Cons: The television did not work and took 2 days to sort out. as there were 4 people in our room, we were not given clean towels every day. breakkfast was advertised up to 12 but arrived down on sunday morning at 10.30 and it was shut.

Pros: Excellent location near passeig de gracia. beautifull terrace, where you can enjoy the silence and good view to the casa mila (la pedrera). restaurant next to with friendly staff and tasty food is perfect.
