Cons: Too much small rooms and bathrooms. not clean upto the german standards, especially when we tried to put the twin cots together as a single bed considering our 1 year old son, we found a loooooot of dust under the cots. looks like they only clean the visible areas once in a while).

Pros: Good location, near the central station and the big grassland of the octoberfest. good breakfast and nice staff.
Cons: The room is very small and the price is up to ceiling even a week before the grand event.
