 "Perfect"
Such a lovely hotel! Room was small but really clean and towels and sheets were changed everyday. Staff were absolutley brilliant. So friendly and very helpful when it came to recommending places to eat/ things to do. 5 minutes from the eiffel tower and theres a metro stop right outside so if you want to travel around outer paris it's very accessable!

 "Perfect location, great hotel!"
We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be in a fantastic location - right across from the metro and easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and attractions! Rooms were great, new and clean bathroom.

 "Great Location!"
The sleep quality would have been improved by a western top sheet. As it was, the comforter was too hot but without it was too cold. The only other issue we had was we went to talk to the receptionist one time but there was no one there. Otherwise great hotel, English-friendly

Free parking on the street on Sat & Sunday. Good location, only 15 min walk from Eiffel tower. Many restaurants nearby. However staff could be more friendly, but I only had to deal with one receptionist . Would stay again

 "Unhappy"
As it was planned quickly on the internet was unhappy that renovations were not mentioned and that they were pulling the room apart next to ours apart on the two mornings that we were there as well as stomping across the room re the air conditioning.Also there was no air conditioning, hair dryer that didn't work and no room service, and no plug in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was very ordinary.We did complain to the Manager and were given a 10% discount but we were very disappointed overall.

 "Worst Hotel in 40 years of Travelling."
Old, Tired and Un airconditioned. A very hot autumn day, room facing due west and no airconditioning in an old, tired and pockey room. Stifling. Arrogant manager whose attitude was, "Youv'e booked for a week, so suck it up." So we paid for the first night, but moved out immediately, and found a much better, cheaper, breakfast included hotel with pleasant staff. Stayed there for a week & will return there when we get back to Paris next month.

 "Great location"
The location of the hotel was fantastic 10min walk to the Eiffel tower. However the rooms were very small, the bathroom was not practical and the stairs from the top floor you couldn't walk down as they were small and narrow so we had to use the lift which was very slow.

- walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Dome des Invalides and Institut Pasteur, even Latin Quarter and Rive Gauche can be reached on foot- 4 Metro stations of 3 different lines within 500 metres- great assortment of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood: I recommend the vegetarian Indian on Vaugirard 200 m direction Montparnasse- friendly staffbones:- rooms are obviously "Paris size", i.e.very compact- no soundproofing whatsoever between rooms: Your neighbours' fun is your fun :-Dverdict:We WILL return!

 "The hotel was in a great location, and i felt very safe even walking at..."
Pros: The hotel was in a great location, and i felt very safe even walking at night (which was important being that i am a young woman that travels solo).
Cons: I had the "do not disturb" sign on my door for my entire stay, yet the maid service came in twice anyway. they threw something away of mine that is not replaceable. when i complained the first time, the front desk staff seemed not to care. when it happened again, i asked to speak to the manager, who handled the situation well, which i appreciated.
