Cons: Internet was really slow.
Cons: Wifi very poor - no way to work normaly on-line
Cons: Unfortunately the rooms windows were not double glazed therefore was quite cold in the room. could also hear construction noise from outside which was disturbing.

Cons: Basement studio was very drafty as bed was up against window. washer/dryer combo was very inefficient with clothes not drying completely. lots of launderettes nearby so don't bother using the in-room set.

Cons: We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not clean once which is only an issue if you can't stand to have the same bedsheets and towels for a few days. i'm sure you could ask but we didn't bother.
the place is pretty small but if you are only there to sleep and do laundry, then you're in a good spot. might want to ask for a room at the back of the building as there is some construction on the street in the morning and people chatting and smoking in front of the building at night.
