Cons: We were very disapointed with the room. it was very small, dirty, hot and the ventilation on the bathroom did not work and made very much noise. the lift was not working and we had to use a service lift and there was no one to help with the cases and it didn't go to the breackfast room which ment i had to struggle down stairs and had grt difficulty coming up the stairs again. breakfast was so poor with 2 slices of toasts, butter and jam. internet did not work and there was no wireless in the hotel. no recommend thsi hotel at any price.

Cons: Front staff was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional & rude to guests.our room was on the 6th floor. it was very small, dirty and badly smelt. it rained hard one afternoon. rain water came thru the windows and was all over the floor beneath. my two suitcases were wet and there was a big puddle of water coming in below the clothes dresser. front desk was called. all they did was bringing in some towels to put on the floor. that was the end of it. the front desk was giving my guest a hard time about visiting our room. this hotel was not recommended.....
