 "great hotel"
it is realy 3 stars hotel, however it is the best hotel between many hotels i have visited in istanbul (ther were 5 & 4 stars hotels).great manager Mr/Sarcan helped us in many things (with his colleegues Hamza, Mohamed & others). for example, he gave us family room instead of double one free of charge because my two young doughters, nevertheleses I did not ask him to do this,and so many other offers ,helpfull,kindness,respect and comfotable atmosphere. I recommend this hotel for everybody.

 "Staff is very friendly, they made me feel at home"
Pros: Staff is very friendly, they made me feel at home. sales manager , mr.kharaman emailed me,onced i booked on-line. the hotel is clean , espcially the rooms and the toilets, amenities ( clean towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel provided in room),my bed was very big and comfy. hotel location is very central, yet peaceful and quiet.i'd love to stay there again.
