Pros: I used the hotel in october and i stayed for 4 nights. this is a central hotel with very reasonable facilities around and all are within a walking distance from the hotel. the staff are very helpful, polite, and always welling to help. they speak reasonable english and are able to explain things. they have organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport (it costs 22euro). the room is very reasonable in size, clean and quite. there is a satellite receiver and you receive many channels but not bbc obviously. you have internet facilities and a cable was provided on checking in (there in no wi-fi in the room). the breakfast is reasonable but the coffee, as previously noted, is not good. if you are someone who likes his cup of coffee on the morning and can not function without one, then take your own coffee and mug!! the presence of kitchen facilities is a blessing and it allows you to prepare any simple meal. i felt the room was slightly cold. overall, that is a very reasonable value for money.

Pros: Excellent value for what is a mid-range hotel. tram and metro very accessible. staff friendly and helpful. apartment large and fairly well equipped
