Cons: Our room was onto a lightwell at the back which was disappointing we paid same price as the rooms on the front with balconies

some concerns over hsse. lock on door to room was faulty (you could push door open even after locking it). problem reported to staff who were going to rectify.
fire exit stairway was blocked - also reported to hotel staff and rectified at the time.
Cons: Las camas y los somiers de pena para un 4 estrellas... ambos de muelles... y otra cosa la cama de matrimonio no es mas que dos camas simples unidas con sabanas y mantas grandes...
