The hotel was fine. Very clean, great location, very close to Eifel Tower (I could see it from my room) and in a very quiet area 10 min walk to Metro station. There are plenty of nice bars and cafes by the Metro. The lobby bar downstairs was very small and had no wine and only Leffe Beer so they are missing out there. Supermarket two doors along is much cheaper than mini bar and there is no alcohol in mini bar anyway. At night it was quiet but when people next door came back late they woke me up as sound insulation is poor. Thankfully they went to sleep straight away or else problem.Just the size of the room and the breakfast area were really small. No drama for me for one night. But for 100 euros - mmm! I am sure you could find better value for money. But the hotel is very clean and has very efficient service in a nice area.

Pros: Great welcome after walking 2 hours to get to it, very very close to the eiffel tower, felt like we were off the beaten track rather than 'touristy'.
Cons: Scaffolding up ruined the view of the tower from the windows, only cold food available for room service - but hotel is new so these are just teething problems.
