Timhotel Place d'Italie Butte aux Cailles Paris    

It was first time with Timhotels. Hotel had overbooking with us but offered to stay in another new 4* Timhotel and paid taxi and breakfast for us. We so much liked out time there and can recommend to everyone. Only one minus - hotel didn't tell us before that have a problem with our reservation. But we had a great service in other hotel and all staff were so polite with us. Next time we'll stay only in Timhotel.

Although building looks bad outside it's actually very nice and clean hotel, with very good location , near metro station. My friends stayed in this hotel before me and they recommended it as it's very difficult to find nice hotel for a normal price in Paris

Kettle would have been handy and no air conditioning. However I would stay again as area good and value for money.

It was hard to get a cheap hotel during the period we wanted to go (during Paris Plages) so this was the best one we could get. Staffs were very helpful and friendly though the place was small. Decent location as it's within walking distance to Metro and just down the road there's a superbly délicieux patisserie Anthony Bousson that you definitely *have* to try if you're there :) Also very close by are restaurants and pubs just walk up the road right opposite hotel and you can get great food at good price (imagine that, in paris!).Only minor things are the carpet which I think its long overdue for them to change, and the tiny lift. The different colour seriously made me wonder if some green monsters' gonna pop up during my sleep. Either way, we tried not to step on them or anything. If you're staying really high up and with heavy luggage, pray that there's no one using the lift as it can only fit 2 persons with bags. Europe's star ratings must be cut off 1 so this is more like a 2** hotel but we didn't expect much so it was still a good stay.

Hotel quite good for the price. Rooms are a bit old, but of good size and confortable beds. Only the bathroom was small, but not too bad. The location's ok, about 3 or 4 blocks from a subway station that connects to mainpoints after several stops or after changing lines. Service's good, the crew's helpful and there's a 24 hour reception. Another good point's the free wi-fi with good signal from the bedroom.

we wanted a reasonable cost hotel with charm, it did the job. It isn't luxury but we just needed somewhere to sleep after being tourists, staff were very friendly.

Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful with a noisy neighbour. room was clean, bed was very comfortable. there was a lift and free wifi. hotel was near the metro.

Pros: You can't beat the location. it is close to two different train or metro stations which makes seeing all parts of paris very easy. the room is small but clean and the hotel staff is friendly.
Cons: The room is a little small.

Pros: Peaceful and convenient location,very clean although it's a bit old.bed sheet and blanket are pure white clean and being changed everyday.nice people .value for money as well as their breakfast.10 euro,worth for it.will go again next time.

Cons: We were shocked when we got to the hotel. it looked nothing like what we saw on the website. rooms were fairly clean but very sleazy looking.

Pros: A great place to base yourself while visiting beautiful paris.excelent transport and close-by or take a wander around the corner to experience the parisian style of living. great bakeries, restraurants and shops are in minutes of timhotel. rooms are small but you have everything you require for a peaceful nights rest.

Pros: Efficient, friendly staff; quiet neighborhood; clean, good-sized rooms; plenty of restaurants & a grocery when you go down the street; near a metro station;
Cons: The carpet needs a good vacuuming or replacement; a bit too expensive for the size of the rooms

Pros: The hotel is on a good location, it's close of the subway and the street is quite.
Cons: The only thing i dind't like was the bathroom size. too small
