Couldnt fault the hotel. The ataff were extremely helpful and always willing to help. Lovely size room's and great service. The bar was cheaper than the bars outside of the hotel and wiyh great quality

 "Great value, amazing location"
This hotel is probably not a 4-star hotel if you base it on the average 4-star experience in the US. That being said, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff super helpful.A word to the wise, I purchased a blow dryer from a local retailer there as I have very long hair and a lot of it... the current blow dryer they have just would not do!

 "great hotel and location"
The location of the hotel was ideal. easy access from central station.around 15 minutes walk,or almost to the door with the tram. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our Room was a good size,with tea and coffee making facilities. with the addition of small fridge.Comfortable beds.The cleaning was spot on. Downside,could have done with more hanging space.Can't comment on the food ,as we had room only. All in all a decent hotel in the heart of the city, close to attractions. We would certainly stay there again.

Good hotel in excellent location and in walkable distance to the central train station (10 minutes).Unfortunately the check-in is 2pm and there isn't any flexibility offered to world travellers arriving in the early morning hours.

room was unclean. shower didnt work. air con didnt work. drinks left on floor beside bed from previous occupants. hotel staff dismissive wen we complained. moved out after one nights stay.

Pros: I stayed at the hotel in october 2011 for one night while i was on the p&o mini cruise from hull. i was amazed with how nice the hotel was and the little touches they do to make it nice like shower gels and sweets etc.. the staff even let me play the piano in reception which was a laugh. staff very friendly and helpful. location could not of been better, it is on a street behind dam square. close to loads of entertainment, bars and coffee shops. this hotel could not have been any better.
