"Excellent"

We used this hotel as a stopover on the way and coming back from visiting our son in Tenerife. Ideal location for the airport and with a excellent shuttle service. Hotel was excellent and the reception staff were very welcoming and very pleasant.Will certainly use this hotel again without any shadow of doubt.Only one down point was on our 1st night we waited at the bar foe a good 15 mins and still noone came to see what we wanted. But that certainly wouldn't put us off staying again.

"Ideal for a couple of nights stay"

The hotel is close to the airport. Don't get a taxi, it'll cost you at least 25 euros. The hotel is only 1 stop away by train from the airport and a short walk from there or a taxi will cost 4 or 5 euros. The hotel is located in a street with shops and a bank and there is a bus stop close by to get to Barcelona centre although the train is quicker. There is not much to do in the area, because it is mostly a residential area .The hotel has a cafe /bar and a restaurant. which are reasonably priced . The room was clean and the maid service was good. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. There was a fridge with complimentary cold drinks though no tea/coffee facilities which I did miss. The breakfast was buffet style, plenty of it but the frulit juices were too watered down and sweet and the hot items weren't very hot. There was plenty of fruit and pastries though. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a shower over the bath and complimentary toilettries. The safe was free to use (refundable deposit) and there was a free shuttle service to the airport. The pool was very small but not used very often so we had it to ourselves. The total cost was reasonable but tourist tax was added on a the end. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Cons: Our only problem appeared, when we needed more drinking water than the small bottle we got in the fridge. it could be an automat. comming from denmark i would like some "rough" bread for breakfast.

Pros: Modern, clean, room nicely decorated, beautifull marble bathroom. well located in the center of a small city in a nice lively but quiet neighborhood with small shops where you can live "como el español". it's the most you can get for the price.
Cons: From a man point of view everything was perfect but... it seems that for a delicate woman the towels could have been softer.

Pros: Excellently positioned for easy access to the airport (1 stop on train) and barca sants station (2 stops) and only 10 minute walk from el prat de llobregat station. buy a t10 ticket (ten journeys) for just under €8! you phone the hotel when arriving at the airport to arrange the free shuttle pick-up.
Cons: Restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey and the swimming pool is very small - you can do circuits rather than lengths! the phone number on the website for the hotel is wrong - ask the info office at the airport for the number.

friendly welcoming staff kept bar open to provide us with much needed snack.
excellent quality breakfast - well worth including in your booking and thus getting very reasonable price.
comfortable rooms, large beds, quiet location.
efficient transport booked back to airport in the morning.
excellent value all round.

Cons: Very minor issue was the very flat almost non-existent pillows. however, had we been staying longer i am sure we could have requested additional pillows.

Pros: Our credit card was stolen prior to our visit. our credit card company called ahead to pay for our room. when we arrived there were no problems with payment. it was also nice not to be charged a fee to use the in-room fee.
