Lovely staff lovely hotel and great location all at the cheapest prices around. Great value will be returning very soon. Cleanliness was terrific and everything in Amsterdam is at most 15 minutes away.

Good location, comfy beds, no problems with you getting in late, worth the money. Bit of a poor breakfast and very small shared toilet and shower. but this wasnt a problem and will definatley come back

Good position, near city center. Difficult stairs to rise at rooms floor. Dirty moquette in the room. No accessories (shampoo and soap) in the bathroom. Very bad matresses and pillows on the beds. Breakfast quite good.

Cons: Didnt say that i would be sharing a toilet!!!! i wouldve booked elsewhere if it would have said.. toilet is the smallest ive ever come across.. im only 5'8 and i couldnt manage to use it.. whoever put it in must have been having a laugh.. or too stoned to notice
also couldnt open windows after 10pm! or u get fined 150euros! lol

Pros: It was cheap. location was excellent. the staff were helpful. breakfast was nice. location details were incredibly helpful.
Cons: The room smelled. it wasn't dirty, but it was shabby and old. the whole place needed a refurb. the traditional amsterdam steep staircase was difficult to use. the free wifi didn't work. i am glad i was only there for 1 night.

Pros: The hotel is in a nice quiet road in a great location.
Cons: The hotel was very scruffy. there were no towels available for two days. two of my colleagues did not have a shower or toilet in their rooms, which was not made clear at the time of booking. we were also forced to pay in advance at the time of booking.

Cons: There was no metion of the very steep staircase you had to take your cases up, very difficult and we are young!breakfast was uneatable, no fresh fruit juice,machine coffee of poor quality,jam/butter cheap and tastless,no croissants,we only had one morning there and ate out the rest of our stay! shower room had a hole in the ceiling, no towels on arrival, we had to ask for clean towels every day! certainly not value for money, have stayed in better quality small hotels for less!staff were not very communitive.
