 "Good hotel close to Puerta del Sol"
The superior room was modern and fine.Two problems:1. Almost no out light in the room2. No separation between room and toilets (no door to close, just a small wall)

Pros: Location is excellent, right outside a metro and only 2 minutes walk to sol. room was a superior double and was lovely. quiet with no view but that was no problem as we were out mostly. we ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal.
Cons: The room had a wall, open both sides to separate the bed area and the toilet. also the shower was in full view from the bed!

 "Nice central location"
Pros: Nice central location. helpful english speaking staff. fair prices in restaurant and for food.
Cons: All went pretty well...only stayed for one day.

In its 3-star class, Regina is outstanding. If you love having an abundance of options when it comes to taking a room, this is an ideal place for you. Not only Puerta del Sol, but also Gran Via Madrid and Plaza de Cibeles, are a pleasant walk's distance from here. During your stay in Madrid, a museum visit is always good; have a look in Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, or perhaps try Prado Museum. The hotel is in a great location for access to Buen Retiro Park. San Jeronimo el Real is well worth a visit during your stay in Madrid.

Guests of Regina may be happy to know there is a restaurant here, and you can also access a bar/lounge or a coffee shop/café. Hotel services (a dry cleaning/laundry service and a bell boy service) make your stay in Madrid more convenient. If you need to do some work, a conference space is at hand.
