Pros: Good hospitality, staff was responsive and nice.
Cons: Rooms we received didn't have a/c, also had to insist on breakfast (reception had suggested we are not entitled to it).
hotel doesn't have an elevator, if you have lots of luggage, heavy suitcases or have difficulties climbing stairs - it's not for you (although staff offered help in carrying luggage to 3rd floor)

 "I was very impressed with the villa"
Pros: I was very impressed with the villa. although the rooms are not extraordinary, the locale was extraordinary. it was very scenic and quiet.
Cons: Tv did not work, even though i informed them of this the first day.
