Cons: The info on the web on that how many people can be accommodated in the room for that specific hotel is misleading. we were four and we booked so called family room but sleeping on the second bed was quite challenging. this bed was not for sleeping at all.

Cons: When i made this reservation through your website i was not informed that there would be an additional charge made for the third person staying in the room, even though throughout the booking process i specified that the room was for three. consequently i was extremely angry when on arrival and check in at the hotel the duty manager informed me that an additional £35 would have to be played. although this was stated in one of the hotels conditions the price which i received from you on booking the hotel did not include this supplement. i feel that this is very poor and a serious flaw in your booking system.

Pros: Newer facility, hotel interior was clean, staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
Cons: Wi-fi service is absolutely horrible. in fact, it was downright unusable. business center computers were not functional, either. air conditioning in our initial room was broken, but we were able to move into new room promptly.

Cons: Food not the best - e.g. chose toffee fudge dessert and instead was issued with a cake without being given the option of choosing it (toffee option was finished). the steak was also not really that good. therefore, after one meal there, we ate out during rest of stay. we extended our stay for an extra night because of flight probs with ash cloud.
