Pros: The receiving staff was amazing. she did everything that she could to try and make our experience the best it could be. location was right in the middle of barri gotic and ramblas.
Cons: 4 person apartment is not recommended for 4 individual adults. the second bed was a double futon which was only really large enough for 2 children or one adult comfortably. the bedroom is comfortable and quiet for 2 people but the futon sleeping area is susceptible to all other tenant noises in the apartment building. other tenants were very loud all through the night.

Pros: Everything was very clean, new...plenty of space for sleeping...big beds :) perfect location!

Pros: It is well placed for la rambla but still quiet, the rooms were clean and there was plenty of space for 6 adults.
Cons: The safe was not working while we were there although it was waiting to be fixed. there was no kettle and only one mirror in the bathroom which was inconvenient with six women sharing.

Pros: Sorry, but there is nothing at all to complain - except my snoring sister maybe :)). the location was perfect, the place was newly restaurated, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the price was more than reasonable. maybe this is due to our low expectations (a price like this in a location this central) but all of us would go back there anytime!
Cons: If we would habe been 6 people like planned the appartment would have been to full - none of us is under 1,75 mtr and weighs less than 65 kilos :))

Pros: Great location. good security. apartment itself was clean and tidy with all the home comforts.
Cons: We arrived in the afternoon, so there was nobody there to meet us. this meant that we had a very long trek to collect the keys from princesca.it didn't hlp that we had to lug our bags along with us. it would have been better if the arrangement for picking up the keys was the ciutat vella hotel on tallers which is a lot closer.

Pros: It was in a good location. the room was great for three people and was nicely decorated and clean.
Cons: It was a bit of a hassle having to go to another hotel to check in and then get over to our hotel. it wasn't very well marked on the door so we walked right by it. it was a real pain on the day of our departure because we had an early train so in order to get our 50 euro deposit back, we had to take a taxi to the other hotel to return our keys.

Pros: Apartment was in a fantastic location; felt we were staying in the heart of barcelona. it was thoughtfully decorated and characterful. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we had no problems picking up the key to the apartment or finding it quite late at night.excellent value for money - would thoroughly recommend it!
Cons: Although our apartment slept 4, the double sofa bed was really only big enough for two children who got on well (!) - we did struggle a little with sleeping arrangements as our two teenage daughters would not share the sofa bed and it wasn't big enough for my husband and i. felt the apartment accomodated 3 comfortably!

Cons: The other guests in the appartmentbuilding were very loud, especially at night, during our stay. my husband found the bed was too short (but that is always a problem, with his 2.00 metres he is just too tall).
