Very good hôtel, but the walls are too slim and we can ear all what is said in the next room...It takes aproximately 10minutes to go to the center with the train and you MUST have à city card with you to find the hotel... But its really very nice and the personnal is very kind. I have had a very nice holliday :D

The hotel was in a good location, about a 5 minute walk from the Amstel Metro station. The staff were fantastic and super-helpful. the rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean. Nothing but good things to say about Casa 400. We had a fantastic stay!

great hotel. the personal is friendly and the rooms are clear and big. the location is not very good because it is not in the centre of amsterdam. the station is amsterdam amstel an it is about 10-15minutes from the centre.

we really like this hotel, it's new and clean, although the room is small but very comfortable. the hotel close to train station and metro and many buses. the only minor issue is that there's no facial tissue in the room.

Pros: Nice big rooms with very comfortable beds and a fridge in the room also. the shower, too, was very good.

the hotel is attractive to look at and modern.
Cons: My room was a non refundable deal and as far as i was concerned it was paid for, however when we arrived at the hotel they asked for the full payment, which obviously i didn't have with me and had to speak to my bank and transfer the money that i thought had already been paid. i wasn't told that i would have to pay that on arrival even though the hotel had my email address. there is also vat to pay at the end of the stay which again no one informed me about. it didn't make any real difference but at the time was annoyed that we hadn't been informed beforehand.

Pros: The hotel itself was fine. tthe lack of flexibility with one of the rooms that i booked was not positive as i had made 4 other reservations.
Cons: As above...and i think it was the booking.com with teh hotel. i admit i made an error on one of the 5 reservations as i made it later than the other four...that upon immediately discovering the computer error you were not flexible....and i had to book an extra day for that travelor and hold a room we weren't using for a day of non-use. it was a waste.

Pros: Although casa 400 isn't in the centre of amsterdam, it is within 3 mins walking distance to the amsterdam amstel station, which gets you into amsterdam centraal within minutes. t it's a modern hotel with good facilities. the staff were very helpful. i would stay there again.
Cons: He only draw back is that there aren't many restaurants near it, so if you don't want to eat in the hotel for breakfast or dinner, it's difficult.

Pros: Hotel cassa 400 is a new hotel with a modern design. the beds are comfortable and the room is a good size. the staff is very helpful. the hotel also offers many extra services like bike rentals.
Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about a 30 min tram or bus ride. the front desk seemed under staffed during peak time we waited up to 20 min. to talk with a clerk. it is a very large hotel with many rooms & guests, the elevators they have are not ample to handle the amount of guests. we were staying on the 6th floor and often waited 20-30 mins. for an elevator we could take down to the main floor.
