Pros: Brilliant hotel, it's close to everything you need. i would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The only thing that is negative was when i booked the room, it stated that the total room cost was £400 but once i had put my card details in, i was charged another £30 for taxes!

Cons: We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. apart from cnn, german and french (i do not understand a single word of the last 2 languages)channels, not a single italian channel was available throughout our stay. quite boring actually and did not expect it from such 'hotel'! the receptionist told us that the service was unavailable since they were converting to digital although on two occasions, i saw that the television situated in the receptionist office was switched on canale 5. we were not even offered a dvd on the house as a compensation. website stated that a coffee/tea maker and ironing board are available in room - we did'nt find any. full payment was to be made on check in. our room (third floor) was overlooking offices and not the opera house.

Pros: To have a modern luxorious (small) room with an amazing bathroom, view and flatscreen tv for such a low price is a gift. i love this place. there is however no service at night but for someone independent, one can not do better than this in rome!
Cons: The after hour check=in was not clear and 10 euro.

Pros: The hotel rooms are well located close to the rail terminal they are well presented and serviced. the hotel has no foyer but when the office arrangements are understood cause no inconvience and office staff would very helpfull i would recommend this accomodation to all travells to rome

Pros: The room at 38 viminale was lovely. the room was a nice size, had a window looking into a courtyard, and extra pillows (something we didn't find at other hotels). there was a little area to make coffee and tea outside of the room. the bathroom had two sinks and a fantastic shower.

Located in the east of the city centre, close to Via Nazionale , Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel Rome is within reach of numerous historical monuments. The hotel stands opposite the prestigious Teatro dell’Opera; the Baths of Diocletian complex is a short walk to the north, Santa Maria Maggiore is the same distance to the south, and Trevi Fountain is a ten minute walk to the west. Roma Termini station is also very close, providing transport through the city via metro and further afield via rail links.

A first class deluxe accommodation, Al Viminale Hill offers excellent services in a charming atmosphere. The services include an airport shuttle, concierge, limousine and wireless Internet access, in addition to laundry, tourist information and fax facilities. The hotel is set in an historic 19th century building which has been carefully renovated and is fully air conditioned, with an elevator and electronic key card system.

Rooms in Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel feature genuine parquet floors, air conditioning, heating and Cromotherapy provision. The lavish en-suite bathrooms include ‘Bisazza’ mosaics and a Jacuzzi shower with hydromassage capability.
