Services required attended to quickly when reported (i.e. the foul smell emanating from the sewer lines that makes your stomach turn as you enter the toilet/bathroom) but intermediate solution only was provided and not long term, as the following day, still the smell. This problem must be solved so as not to put to waste the new and beautifully tiled bathroom, except that the design of the shower area needs modification so water spillage will put the substantial part of the bathroom really wet after use.Hotel staff are basically very accommodating, especially the Filipinos who are charming and efficient. Location is very near central train station is an advantage.rate I got is competitive

The plus: Very close to Termini, large room, nice breakfast buffet, close to the center and the 2 metro lines, relatively quietThe minus: neighborhood a bit gloomy without been scary, heat problems in the first room before we got transfered in an other one.

Hotel was in the centre of Rome. Walking distance to all atractions, 3 min walk from Termini Station (train station) - not recommended to walk alone during evenings. Hotel staff quiet friendly (but not always helpful) / rooms were clean - breakfast very good. In general GOOD value !

We are very much satisfied with the services and support we received from the hotel. We received good value for money. Breakfasts were ok (though they could have served more vegetables and salad), our room was comfortable and we had a huge bathroom with double showers. Everything was perfect ..only there are not enough elevators in hotel.

The hotel is located in a fairly walking distance from main attractions.The room is a bit small but very practical and easy to use, showers are great and large.The team is polite and very helpful.I recommend it highly

We had a family room, 4 beds in one room, because of that the room was "full with beds", and not much room for anything else.The staff were very friendly, helpfull and good English speaking.The breakfast was of outstanding quality!!The Hotel is near Termini Station, about 4 min. walking.I can recommend this hotel to everybody!

I found the hotel disappointing. Reception staff with few exceptions were not particularly friendly and I had to threaten a bad review to get a second key card for our room so we could both have one. We did get it but were told it was an exception! I found that not only surprising but unacceptable! The decor is 'wanna be' chic and there is only one lift, a small one at that, which sometimes means a lot of waiting. Wi-Fi is paid, and not always accessible. I had to stand int he corridor to get a decent signal. Air conditioning was poor, our room was internal which meant nice and quiet but had no daylight available through the window. Bathroom although adequate, had no hooks to hang towels to dry. Breakfast was ok, but not excellent! Next time we shall be going somewhere else ...

We stayed here with our adult son and it was a great hotel. You can't beat the location - just one short block from the train station- we just wheleed our suitcases over. We were able to walk to many sites, like the Colosseo and the Forum. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful (not always the case for Italy). The rooms are just fine- we loved the triple option. Their morning breakfast is terrific and saved us from having to eat out another expensive meal. They also let us leave our bags in their office the day of our return when we had a few hours to kill, which was very gracious. I would definitely stay here again.

I am sure there is better.......room was clean,breakfast was overpriced at 10 euros per person,room was clean but dark,was close to elavators very noisytv has no english channels and had very bad reception...not there to watch tv but always good to have something to watch for a few minutes before bed

Very rude and non cooperative staff . Forced us to take a single room for a 7 year old kid . Delivered our room at 6 pm instead of 2 pm . One of the lady receptionist was very rude .They don't respect their customers, worst experience I ever had , will never recommend to any one.

Really enjoyed our stay here, room was alittle small when we checked in, but spoke with reception who upgraded us at a small fee. Staff very friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast ok for Buffet style. The hotel is located very well and is a two min walk from train station. We would defo stay there again.

One conspicuous strength of this hotel is it's customer friendly staff. They are always eager to help you whenever you have a problem or just a tourist inquiry. I also liked the location, rooms, breakfast and the toiletries provided. It's easily accessible by public transportation. I would definitely go back and stay here if I revisit Praha.

Pros: This is a great option close to termini. lovely rooms and the breakfast is one of the best i have seen. very friendly staff and good service.
Cons: Nothing negative, if you are wanting a modern, stylish hotel close to termini then this is a perfect option. the only thing is if you want something more traditional "roman" this is not for you.

Pros: Breakfast was the best of the hotel: good choice, good quality... decor of the hotel was contemporary and stylish although was not up for a 4-star hotel. we were offered a complimentary dinner snack buffet, not outstanding in quality but it was a nice gesture

Pros: Hotel staff were very good and helpful at all times. the safe in my room was not working and when i informed the front desk, they immediately changed my room. hotel looks stylish and funky. the location is excellent. termini station is 2 minutes away from the hotel
