 "Happy in Ilford"
The service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Very helpful and friendly staff. The wifi did not work in our rooms as advertised. There were many great restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The location was not a great one for walking at night so I would not recommend it for single ladies. To get to the hotel, take the train to Ilford not the underground to Gants. It is much easier on the train.

 "London visit"
Clean, reasonable access to London and vicinity. Uncomfortable beds. Good breakfast options - better an many others we had. Very small showers, which leaked all over the floor. Toilets a bit temperamental. Basically a reasonable, basic place to crash.

 "Why I will be going back"
This little hotel is the best value for your money in the London area. If you just want to see the city and save some money this is definitely the place to go. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was more than I was expecting. I will be staying here again.

 "The positive thing about the hotel was the room was always being cleaned..."
Pros: The positive thing about the hotel was the room was always being cleaned each day. some of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all of them. the breakfast was good.
Cons: Every day there were very loud noise that woke me up and made it harder for me to do my work via networking with my office overseas. it was difficult to focus with all that noise going on. i was assigned on the top floor and they would turn the light off leaving me in total darkness. until i got fed up and went downstair to have them do something about the light. this is wrong when you have paid for a week and expected to have a comfortable time instead, there was so much issue going on.
