 "I do not recommend"
The hotel is placed in a very practical neighborhood if you want to visit the muuseums around. This is the only good point for this hotel. The rooms are small and noisy for the price paid. We had to move to another room because there was this "washing machine" noise in ours. The second room was just in front of the door to the floor so very noisy in the morning.... Better avoid this hotel.

 "When i checked in, my room was so awful i had to ask to replace it with..."
Pros: When i checked in, my room was so awful i had to ask to replace it with another one and was given a two-room suite (still with a view on garbage bins).
Cons: First room i was given was very small and in poor shape, the hotel building was falling apart and it stank of urine on the stairs. no free wifi. definitely not even close to 3.5/4 star status. ask the staff not to provide room in the second building.
