 "Very friendly welcome with a drink on arrival"
Pros: Very friendly welcome with a drink on arrival. room very good and spacious. location excellent
Cons: Wasn't easy to locate the hotel in the road, the door was open and the sign on the door is very small.
unfortunately there were ants on the buffet table at breakfast which i can only assume the staff hadn't noticed.

 "The single concierge on duty did her or his best to be helpful"
Pros: The single concierge on duty did her or his best to be helpful. the rooms and especially the roof garden were excellent
Cons: The wifi wasn't working in our room until we were transferred. the air conditioning in that room didn't work. they did not ha ve a single adaptor for electrics to lend. we came back at 4pm and our room had not been cleaned. this is really a bed and breakfast, not a hotel, boutique or otherwise, but it is priced and advertised as a hotel. beware.

Pros: The location was perfect, minutes from the hustle bustle of rome but nicely tucked away.the roof-top terrace for breakfast and an evening drink was wonderful.
Cons: Our room was extremely small with no view at all and very dark, not what we had expected at all.

Pros: Fantastic location. fabulous rooms and nice staff. went on honeymoon and was upgraded and chocs and wine from management.

 "The location and the roof garden were excellent as were the staff there"
Pros: The location and the roof garden were excellent as were the staff there. the bed was luxurious.
Cons: The reception staff were not very welcoming, the room was very disappointing, tired with dirty marks all over the walls,there was a lovely feature fireplace, completely empty(unlike the web photographs) i was truley expecting the complete wow factor and definately didnt see it.

Pros: Right from the beginning our experience at "the inn at the roman forum" was extraordinary!the location was especially perfect for allowing us to do all of our sightseeing, and the hotel was always open and easy to get into when we came home at night, even if it was a little late.the rooms were gorgeous too, and we thought that the ipod speakers were an especially good touch.thankyou for an amazing weeekend!
