"Honeymoon"

We stayed at this hotel on our last stop in Italy. The hotel was fabulous but the location from Rome is fairly far. We stayed around the hotel and it is a lovely little town.

"Hotel needs an overhaule"

Room and balcony not adequately furnished. Only one chair, no wardrobe.In a double room you expect at least two chairs.No chairs, no table on the balcony.The room was just to sleep one person!

Pros: Front of house staff helpful but information as to times of buses and distance to stop lacking. good pool and surrounds and peaceful setting. rooms changed without bother and cleaning staff helpful.
Cons: Felt the rooms needed updating. focus of hotel more on weddings and events rather than individuals. out of town location more information about local facilities and transport required

Cons: The hotel staff was rude. if i was in the us, i would have walked out and stayed somewhere else. every inch of the neighborhood was covered in grafitti, i did not feel i could leave the hotel safely

Cons: Communication at the front desk and in the restaurant was a little difficult, very little english spoken.

Pros: Good fitness centre and nice swimming pool
Cons: One particular staff member. her name is stephania, short brown curly hair with glasses. she was extremely rude to us when we simply enquired about the entrance to the fitness centre. there was actually 2 doors, one of which was closed. everyone else was pleasant enough. if you could pass this on to aris garden mgt about this 1 member of staff it would help other visitors in the future.

"The people were wonderful and helpful"

Pros: The people were wonderful and helpful. i wanted a hotel near the airport because i arrived after midnight.
Cons: The hotel was not close to the airport. it was a $85 cab ride. the furniture needs replacement it is from the late 60s or very early 70s. oh and the piegon poop was not a pleasure to look at.

"The food was good"

Pros: The food was good. i think the hotel is good for tour groups as they cater to these groups.
Cons: No one to hlp with luggage, no service ar all, left card on door for breakfast in room and it was not picked up. there were three groups staying at the hotel and we could not get waited on and we were treated as an inconvience when we came in for dinner. we were not told that there were groups staying at the hotel and that we would have a diffucult time ordering dinner and having breakfast. we asked the desk clerk to order a taxis for 8.30 the next morning and she had an attitude regarding the request.the hotel was probably very nice twenty years ago but needs updating.

Pros: Room was very nice and so was the price. we had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the hotel.
Cons: The distance from fiumicino airport is misleading. it took over 40 minutes by taxi and cost 45 euros each way.

Pros: I was impressed with the services available for the price. i surprised to see that mini bar was free. the free breakfast was good as well.
Cons: The only negative was the hotel was not easy to find but it was worth it once we got there

Pros: The hotel was everything that you said and more. the staff were very helpful and polite. the location was ideal for the airport and the beds were very comfortable. the rooms were spotless and clean with adequate space.
Cons: Continental breakfast was a bit naff

Cons: Yes, your web site said the hotel was near the airport (a few kilometers away) in reality it took 30 minutes by cab and cab fare was 60 euros (about $90!) which certainly off-set any price savings!

This nice 4-star hotel is located just outside of Rome, 16 kilometres from the Vatican City but with good transport links to the historic centre. The hotel is 6 kilometers from Museo Napoleonico and the Piazzale delle Corporazioni. The Ostia Lido Beach and the Capital and Forum are located within 6 kilometers of the hotel. The Palace of Sports is 12 kilometers away and Rome International Airport is only 12 km away.

This excellent hotel in Rome offers has many facilities like a safe box, morning call service, salon, cocktail lounge and offers dry cleaning, laundry- and room service.
