Cons: The hotel is rather old, and the rooms, while clean, are not the nicest you'll stay in. however, our rate was $55 a night, and you can't beat that for the location.

Cons: The room keys being real keys and plastic recycled drip containers made the experience more ghetto than it needs to be.

Cons: The site showed high speed internet, but that was only available in the "lobby", not in the rooms. as i was there the weekend of a large business conference, there were people standing everywhere in the tiny lobby holding laptops trying to get some work done. a bit deceptive on their part.
