 "Tiny rooms, so-so neighbourhood"
Stayed in this hotel for one night. We were given a complimentary upgrade. Turned out to be equally minuscule room, but to the backyard rather than the streetside.Very close to the main railway station, so the neighbourhood is rather shabby. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but well worth the €15. Rooms on the other hand were not that good value for money.

 "A Recomended Hotel"
Myself, wife & daughter stayed at the hotel for three nights, and I certaily recomend others to stay also at that hotel - which was nice and inviting in any aspect and by any parameter that one would judge a hotel.

Pros: Pleasant, well-located, good value for the money.
Cons: Had impression it would be a bit more quaint/historic, and street was a little seedy but not surprising for near rr station

You can get to Karlstor or Königsplatz on foot quite easily from here. Additionally you can walk to Karolinenplatz. Aside from destinations further afield, Classic Art Collection, Lenbachhaus and Alte Pinakothek can all be reached on foot from the accommodation. Bavarian State Collections of Antiques and Glyptothek Museum are worth visiting, and are located close by. A nice monument of Munich is Propylaea Monument, which is close by.
