Cons: No dishwasher, only one bathroom for 6 peoples, no plug adapter (electrical), the first night we weren't able to recharge any camera or notebook because the england plug is different from all others in the world, the hotel could provide one adapter.

 "Great location; less than 10min walk to st pancras international"
Pros: Great location; less than 10min walk to st pancras international. taxis were plenty too. convenient stores available; even sainsbury's local was within walking distance. clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. sleeps five/six adults (one/two on sofabed in the living room) comfortably.
Cons: Nothing bad, just a few things to keep in mind. as this is not a hotel, there was no reception/concierge services. check in was at another location and starts only at 3pm. our train arrived at 10am so it would've been easier if we could opt for earlier check in/bag storage at the apartment. after check in you're meant to go find your way about by yourself with the map given & let yourself in. one day we found a single lady traveler struggling to figure out the front door lock. lucky we arrived and could let her in (we recognized that she had similar brochure to the ones we got at check in) - had she given up & called the office for help, she would be charged about £20 for them to make that trip! small tv but livable.

Pros: It is convenient to the tube station and close to many restaurants and convenient stores.
Cons: I had to leave my wife & 3 teenage kids standing outside the entrance to the apartment in the evening cold while i find my way to the check in office which is quite far away; the check in office is in a small back lane which is poorly lit. the young lady at the reception was not even remotely friendly.

Cons: We had to stay in an 2 bedroom apartment in stead of a 3 bedroom apartment.

- The apartments are situated within 5 minutes walking distance from the check-in office. They are located at 2c Crowndale Road.
- Check-in takes place at the head office at Ground Floor, 47 Kentish Town Road, Waterside House, London, NW1 8NX, where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.
- Please call the telephone number shown on the booking confirmation in order to arrange your check-in, at least 1 hour before your arrival at the office.

Arrivals between 21:00 and midnight are subject to a late check-in fee of GBP 20.00; arrivals after midnight incur a charge of GBP 30.00.

If you would like to pay by credit card please be informed that due to charges made by credit card companies there is a 1.7% charge for most credit (and debit) card payments (4.2% in case of amex).

Please bring a photocopy of a picture ID of the person in whose name the reservation was made, and of any person paying by credit card.

A damage deposit of GBP 150 or credit card details will be required upon arrival. Groups of 6 people or more will be charged a security deposit of GBP 50 per person.
