Cons: Small hotel, not a 4 star boutique hotel. rooms are tiny and cheap furniture/ decor in the room. tiny bathroom as well. view not so great.

Pros: Great location, clean - we had no issues with the hotel or its staff. we thought for where it was and in comparison to other hotels around, it was good value for money
Cons: Small rooms (but you don't spend a lot of time in there anyway) the lack of storage space in the room and no fridge. however these things would not prevent us from staying there again.

Pros: The hotel is trendy, the service feels personalized, everyone was very friendly. the room was a good size and we didn't experience any problems, (like proper amount of towels, shampoos... etc). we were in the middle of time square which made everything so much easier. great hotel, fully recommend it!
Cons: The elevators were not fully renovated, hence there were only 2 out of 4 working which made it very slow.
