 "City stay review"
A pleasant stay and very helpful staff. The area the hotel is located in though isn't great, right next to a busy main road so noise was a problem. However the underground station next door was a major plus for getting into the centre of town with ease.Staff were very helpful, room was pleasant and well priced but the area the hotel is situated in was an inconvenience. For short stays this was perfect but I wouldn't recommend for a long term holiday.

Cons: The photos of the rooms given of the hotel on the website were misleading as the room was incredibly small. also the hotel did not provide a valid receipt, only a photocopy with the information of our stay.

 "Hotel location is excellent, only two minutes walk away from the tube"
Pros: Hotel location is excellent, only two minutes walk away from the tube. even the bus ride 24h and stops just outside the hotel. rooms are very small, but clean, what is most important. the hotel has a kitchen where you can prepare yourself breakfast, there are ingredients such as eggs, toast, butter, jam, cornfleks, tea, coffee,.. in the kitchen is fresh fruit that you can take. all this, without extra pay.
Cons: Only suggest that you take a room on the upper floors, we were in a half-basement room, so we had a very bad view or rather, it was not even.

Pros: Easy check-in procedure, very pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, full use of the well stocked kitchen but did not make as much use of the amenities i should have, given a front door key to come and go as i pleased. and right next to the bow church dlr station so easy to travel to other parts of london.
Cons: Some of the other guests were a little noisy, but that is in no way the hotels fault.

Cons: Staff were helpful but during my entire experience, checking in, checking out etc etc did not speak one word to me despite me talking to them

Cons: We have received two separate rooms in a basement. both of them with a little window, almost dark all the time... the rooms need renovation so much. i do not understand what means 2 stars for such kind of hotel...
