 "Comfortable and clean accommodations"
My friend and I came to NY to attend an art opening in Chelsea one evening and a Broadway play the next evening. The location was central to our activities and the service was excellent. The room was a bit cramped, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was moderate in comparison to many other NYC hotels, but the many taxes added on at the end made it unexpectedly expensive.

Very good position, the room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very large and toilet clean. The service was good. We left baggage on deposit without any surcharge.

Pros: A nice hotel, the staff is very efficient and helpfull. the hotel is very well situated, between 5th and 6th avenue and close to times square and sights
Cons: The rooms are very small and bare. the aircondition is badly placed in the room. when it is working you get blown out of your bed.

Pros: Stayed two nights, only used for sleeping and showering but room was clean on entry and was cleaned following morning.
Cons: Only negative was their newark airport shuttle bus. we booked it well in advance and it eventually turned up one hour late.

Cons: The restaurant in the hotel... service was poor, they were out of many menu items, the price was too high for the quality of the food.
