 "A nice place, deserves maintenance"
This is not a hotel or an apart-hotel, but basically a flat to be rent. An interesting and modern architecture project, with plenty of room por 4-6 people, but without privacy, since there are no walls separating the spaces. There is no standard room service or reception. A maid will change the linnen after a week. The person responsible for the place is very kind and one can ring his bell, since he lives there. There is a small but nice swimming pool on the top of the building, great for kids. But the wood of the deck and also of the floor of the balcony is in bad shape, need to be replaced. The air-conditioning did not work properly, but the days were fortunately not so hot. The kitchen is nice and provides most of objects and appliances that are necessary. The neighborhood is very good, with lots of bars, restaurants and interesting places for the night.

We inform our guests that the construction in front of us has been terminated, the noise too and that the problems with water pressure, were attributable to this situation. The apartments are in the most famous area of the city of Buenos Aires, Palermo. The building is composed of 12 Loft (70M2 each). Big space with 2 double beds and 1 single bed for up to 5 people. For 2 people is very comfortable but also for a friends group or for a family might be a good way to save money. Fully equipped kitchen. The lofts have a free Internet Wifi. There are two balconies, one on each level. Guests are kindly asked to inform us about the time of their arrival. Since there is not a reception, the check-in and the key collection take place straight at the apartment at the time of arrival notified. Please, notify the arrival time by e-mail to info@misterbed.it , you'll receive the apartment's number in the answer at your email address.
