This is a great hotel for the money. The rooms are big and nice. It is located very close to the train station. We chose not to pay for the breakfast and ate pastries at the train station instead.

Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: The shower in my room did not work. i did not find out about this until 8pm and was then unable to switch rooms. the vent fan in the bathroom also did not work, making the room very muggy. there was no air conditioning in the room.

Pros: Very close to the train station. room was clean, no real complaints.
Cons: It was a basic hotel which i would stay in for business but not for pleasure. minimum facilities, there was a pool bit it was very small, but it does have views over the city. it was fine for me and i would stay there again, but only because i spent very little time in the hotel room, its one of those characterless soul eating hotels.

Pros: Excelent location; very safe area if you are heading to the city center on the river bank. the other way (the street in front of the central station), i would suggest to take it only during daylight. clean room. i recommend it only if you are staying for 2 or 3 days.
Cons: Very small rooms and definetly not a 4 star hotel (but for that price we didn't have great expectations)

Pros: Location was excellent - we walked everywhere we wanted to go.
price of hotel was very reasonable.
staff were nice.
room was cleaned to a high standard every day.
Cons: There was only 1 english speaking channel on tv - cnn.
there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
the 'double bed' was two single beds pushed together.
we asked to be moved after our first night as the residents in the room next door were extremely noisy. the room we were moved to had no air-conditioning (despite the fact that we requested this) and so was v warm.
there was a lot of noise from the street all night long.

Pros: Hotel staff was not only courteous but very generous. we checked out in morning and our bus was at 12:00 mid night, we requested for luggage store, they opened a big door to keep our luggage, in evening we requested if we can use toilets and since we were travelling with our 3.5 yr kid, we needed to change his clothes, they generously allowed us to use their pool area where all of us freshened up and gave a nice wash to our son and continued our onward journey, without this gesture from hotel, our onward journey would have been a nightmare... thanks a lot you guys at savoy franfurt

Pros: I am happy with location and ambience. room and surroundings were clean and pleasunt. staff is very cooprative.
Cons: Because of information was not sufficient about pay channels, i paid 14.5 euro. this was abad experience.

Pros: The rooms were nice, and value for momey which had so many facilities to relax. though we did get a free upgrade
Cons: No not really, we had the fire alarm go off in the hotel where everyone was evacuated, which didnt effect us as it was in the end just a false alarm, though if there was a fire we would of been worried as alarms were very quite
