Cons: Not all mentioned services were available. i would not give four stars.
Cons: Room was relatively hot even though the air conditioning was on.
Cons: The web site and paperwork said that check in to the hotel was 12. the hotel said that it was "pm. however due to a large group we did not get into our room until 4pm and there was no apology for that. this caused problems as we had to keep going back to the hotel to see if the room was ready.
