"The hotel staff is so attentive to every need"

Pros: The hotel staff is so attentive to every need. they anticipate everything i was very pleased. the rooms were very clean, good towels and even a mini fridge.
Cons: The rooms although very nice are quite small so not to much room to move around. the beds are twin beds and not suitable for more than normal tall people. also, there is no air conditioning in the room or fans available. the weather in bogota is very nice, but the window has to be left open or it gets warm in the room, but then the street noise might wake you.
