Pros: Its my second time in this hotel, i like the service and managment of this hotel
Cons: The only set back i noticed is the beds for the room are not 100% comfortable. and the ac does not work well, so it gets hot a little.

Pros: The english guy on reception was wonderful,really charming and could not do enough to help .....what a star.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and quiet. the staff was very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage early in the morning of check-in and again after we checked out, this allowed us to enjoy our time in barcelona without having to carry out luggage.

Pros: All but one member of staff were polite and helpful. the facilities in the room were good other than no tea/coffee facilities in the room
Cons: The member of staff that served us for lunch in the outside restaurant on friday 17th october. he was very rude and unhelpful. not someone i would wish to have represent my company. the food also was not good. the rest of our stay was good but it did mean we did not eat in the hotel again

Pros: Reaaly helpful guy on reception from blackpool! on ramblas near the tube , market and all tourist attractions...walk a few blocks for cheaper prices....try the born district.
