 "Beautiful colonial style hotel"
We spent 1 night at Hotel Carlton whilst in Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms excellent size and very comfortable. Would return if I am back in Bilbao.

Pros: I heard they had balconied rooms and asked if it was at all possible as this holiday was a special one for me and they gave my sister and i a superb balconied room.
Cons: No tea making facilities in the room. no hooks in the bathroom to hang things - had to be put on floor.
