Pros: The location is fantastic - so close to the metro lines sol and gran via, right in the middle of madrid. however the hotel was still quiet and a nice place to retreat after a busy day of sight seeing.

Cons: The staff was not friendly, the air conditioning was not turned on during the beginning of our stay and it was very noisy.
