Pros: The staff, especially in the reception was polite and patient and really tryied to be helpful.
Cons: Some lack of competance partly due to insufficient english knowledge and partly due to poor problem solving. water in the bath tab - very low pressure throughout our stay and no hot water in the first night - the desk promised a solution which didnt occur.
