 "Beautiful Buda"
Peaceful, tranquil and beatifully quiet boutique hotel situated near to Buda Castle but far enough away from the tourist crowds during the day. Staff welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room on the second floor and it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Very enjoyable stay and a lovely location being high on the Buda hill with it's cobbled streets and cafe style restaurants. Hungarian people very friendly.If you like walking then there is plenty to see on foot. We walked from the hotel most days down the hill, over the chain bridge and onto the Pest side of Budapest (15 - 20 mins max.)The hotel has a small garden which gets the sun in the morning and afternoon. It would be nice to have some garden chairs and cafe style tables actually on the lawned area for those who enjoy sitting in the sun maybe. We found the bar area to be very quiet most of the time - other than when guests were having breakfast. We would recommend a stay at the Buda Castle Hotel particularly if you don't want a big commercial type hotel.

Pros: A perfectly located hotel in the quiet and pretty streets of castle hill. the room was large and modern, the staff extremely helpful and attentive. breakfast is a decent but not extravagant buffet. a great hotel and location to stay in budapest for a peaceful and beautiful stay.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, large bath. good breakfast selection and staff offerred to cook anything different if the hot selection was not suitable.
Cons: I just wish the shower had not been a hand held one.
