 "Rooms for 3 & 5"
Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location. Room for 5 had a bathroom/toilet - caused queuing . Only dissapointment was the information at the check-in that breakfast was not included (incorrectly informed when booking the rooms).

Nice and helpful personell. Just a short walk from Lancaster Gate underground station. Close to Hyde Park for a jogging tour in the morning.

Pros: Our room was clean, quiet and a good size. staff friendly and helpful. hotel is 500m. from tube and 200m.from bus services.
Cons: Our room was cold when we first arrived, but soon warmed up after working out how to control the central heating

 "Lovely big room near hyde park"
Pros: Lovely big room near hyde park. fridge in room which would be really useful if we had spent a few days there. staff very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast room was a bit grim. we ordered a cooked breakfast thye night before and they hadnt recieved the order the next day. bizarrely they said they only ordered the food they needed so we had to make do with continental. the staff were lovely about it though and even offered to go out and buy food. strange they didnt keep stock but at least you know its fresh!
