 "Sucked in"
I booked a single room to find on arrival that facilities were shared and had to pay to upgrade to a double. Definitely not 3 star, lucky to be one. Rooms tiny and dirty, shower was a trickle. staff hepful, wifi great.

Nice Service...Im satisfied..Problem is weak water pressure in the bathroom, but everything else worked perfectly...Not to big room, but what are you doing in London? You're staying in the room?Idon't think so :)

 "Poor hotel"
Booked 3 nights .,without possibility to cancel.Came late sunday from Norway, Thought had found a small nice hotel, but pictures can lie.Had to sleep there 1 night, next morning ran out to find another hotel.Rooms were VERY small, (had to go out to change my mind )Rooms were dirty. Mark ; Norway

 "Tiny room"
Our room was far too small, we had to squeeze between the bed and the wall to reach the other end of the room. Breakfast was average, nothing exciting, the pastries were not fresh, and this every single morning, and we stayed there 4 nights... The location was good though, 2 mns walk from the underground, this hotel is ok if you spend all day out!

 "Overall good. Single rooms are too small"
Overall service is good. Rooms are clean and sheets and towels are changed regularly. However, the single rooms are too small and there is very little room for movement. Wifi strength is also not that good.
