Ramada New York Eastside    

Just ok, poor breakfast, but very good position in the heart of Manhattan!! Rooms are small but clean. At the end, i suggest it since better hotels in that location cost 50% more at least..............

Title says it all. Hotel is in the best spot ever a day the price is incredible. I will definitely be back. Breakfast was okay, staff was okay but we had a broken tv in our room and that was not addressed. Otherwise ok place for sure. Safe location

The service was Ok. The wokers are helpeful. I was surprise when I have to pay U$30,00 for each ticketes I bought , to theater, Harlem and taxi to airport with the help of the staff. I thougt that was part of the price of the tickets, but it wasn´t. And I also have to pay U$ 45,09 for containerstore. I wasn´t warn about those charges.I arrived at the Hotel at 6.30 am, and only enter at 3pm. So I lived my luggage there and went out. As I arrived in Brazil I received the account in my creditcard of the containerstore. I never knew about such thing, without be informed before.It would be better if the breakfast was variable.

If you stay a few days in New York don't hesitate to choose the Ramada Eastside. It is centrally located, easy access to Metro Station and only a few minutes walk to Empire State Building, 5th avenue and broadway.The room was big and clean, nice bathroom, good breakfast (bagel, pancakes, cerials), very friendly staff

very attractive in location. it is very convinient for visiiors to travel around of new yourk . located in the central of the city. the hotlel is very flexible for checkout. i will still select this hotel in I will be New York next time.

Pros: The hotel was a lovely hotel in a lovely area and the location was good - we expected the room to be tiny however were pleasantly surprised ... the room is not huge but a comfortable size, very neat and clean and overall wonderful. the avaiablity of maps and pamplets and information in the foyer is amazing and truly helped us out!

Cons: Shocked by the amount of taxes added per night, both the hotel and the booking site should have stated those in the beginning.

they were considerate towards my request for early check-in.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room was pathetic. the carpets were dirty, and one could find trash from previous occupants of the room all over the place.

Pros: The location is great, several minutes from 28 street subway station. the room is clean but smaller than we thought. it's acceptable, thinking that this is new york city. the staff and housekeeper are nice and helpful. breakfast is fine, don't expect too much. we didn't use other facilities in the hotel like fit room or business room, or internet access. overall it's a nice stay.
Cons: The only thing we felt not that good was there were only smoking room left for us even we requested a non-smoking room in our booking. the staff gave us one smell very bad then we go downstairs asking to change. she gave us another smoking room smell better. the housekeeper was helpful and understanding, she told us the previous guest who stayed in this room didn't smoke, so it smell not that bad. then we had no other choice, had to stay. the reception staff said she could change a non-smoking room for us the next day but we did't want to pack and unpack again as we had four luggages. so we said we would stay in this room for two nights.
