 "We enjoyed the stay at your hotel"
Pros: We enjoyed the stay at your hotel. it was very convenient to have the automatic stairs just accross from the hotel. also, breakfast was great when were able to have capuccinos. last, gabriel is an excellent staff member, his service is commendable. thank you.
Cons: Nothing was negative, except that wasn't enough parking and on day two we had to park further from the hotel. also, in this survey instead of a choice of "elderly couple" you should have "mature couple" instead. elderly couple here is the states is more like a couple in their 80's. my husband and i are in our middle 50's. thank you.
