 "my italian holiday"
i stayed in that hotel after tour around Italy. I've had 3 day calm walking, shoping and rest. Location of this hotel very convinient, not far from railway station and very easy to get to bus stop and airport. My room was clean and quiet because face nice garden. Staff was very polite and friendly, they answered on all my questions.But i dislike one thing..... I booked room in the hotel 8 days before my trip and they withdrew money from my card for all time in the moment of booking. I dont know there are rules of that hotel or site easytobook. I would prefer to book room and pay on departure or at least pay in advance for 1 day. It would be more convinient for me.I enjoyed to stay in Novo Hotel Rossi and want to say thanks to all staff and Valeria personaly.
