 "great price-great location"
got a double bedroom en suite with windows to the street for 33£. Based in that price coudnt get a better deal.Excellent lady in the reception (the spanish girl).Dont miss it!now I have to write more to comply with the minimun 200 words review. THAT IS ANNOYING!!!!

 "False Promises"
Staff were very rude and quized me about my nationality because I did not take my passport, I'm from England! Website states a full English breakfast but this was certainly not the case and the only breakfast option available was cornflakes, alpen, weetabix or toast. The 'secure luggage' facility is pathetic and should not be trusted, it is merely a space on the floor next to reception which all guests and public have access to as you can just walk in off the street with the building being a townhouse. Overall very, very disappointed and unhappy with this hotel! The website makes a lot of good claims about the hotel but these are all simply false promises!I hope this review puts you off staying at this terrible hotel!

 "Great location BUT"
Great location and excellent breakfast. However, no lift, carpets from front door through to room were tracked with dirt or wear, curtains and bedspread were dirty, food in bedside cabinet from previous guest. Reception staff helpful and bed, sheets and blankets clean as was bathroom.

 "Decent hotel with great location"
The hotel was decent, although the rooms were a bit small, and the bathrooms were shared. Breakfast spread was adequate, though nothing fantastic. At hardly 10 min walk to Victoria station though, giving great links to all parts of the city, and walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Westminister Abbey, the location was the best part of the hotel.

Very simple B&B. Sleep quality rated low because of disturbing noice from air traffic early in the morning. Cleanliness rating affected by the carpets which did not feel clean. OK breakfast.

 "could do better"
carpets and furniture very shabby doors too narrow to enter shower not enough toilets or showers for amount of rooms. rooms quite smelly. would not spend more than one night if I could help it. sorry too be blunt. but on a positive side breakfast staff very efficient and friendly but only toast and tea or coffee.

Excellent location at a very quiet small street but only 5-10 min walk from Vicoria station . The staff is friendly, rooms small but clean and comfortable beds.Continental breakfast including milk and cereals: I would have appreciated youghurt also. Really price-valuable for a short tourist stay in London.

 "Excellent location, good service, poor rooms"
The hotel has an excelent location and a helpful staff. The room is clean, with a minibar, a kettle and a safe, but is very small and has an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom is extremely tiny and uncomfortable. The room would benefit from a second folding chair. The breakfast is very well served but also very modest. It contains one croissan, 4 toasts, jam and butter, which is not enough to eat.

Cons: Although the bathrooms are clean, it is not possible to close the windows - in the winter this turns your shower to a suicide.

 "It's clean hotel with good staff behavior"
Pros: It's clean hotel with good staff behavior. the location is fairly good and with bus number 24 or victoria underground you can access to main transport nodes in london.
Cons: The free internet connection is terrible. nearly you cannot use it. my room was in top floor and to access that i needed to pass many stairs which was a very good exercise to prepare for olympic!!!
