 "One Night stay Christmas Trip to London"
we recieved truly excellent service when checking in from a very friendlly guy called felix. we were able to check in much earlier than expected which was brilliant. hotel is close to ka lot of shops and resturants and earls court tube station. we also walked to hyde oark corner which took us less than an hour. we were disappointed to see that we didn't have a bath but the shower was absolutely amazing, (power shower with bath jets aswell) and more tha n made up for it. really good value for money,

 "Great service"
Great service, booked a standard double but given a standard twin, pointed it out to reception who said they were fully booked, but she would speak to her manager. We were then given a double room which was fantastic. Had a lovely comfortable nights sleep, pillows were fantastic and minimal noise from busy road outside. Would definitely stay there again.

The service in the Hotel was excellent . the staff were very helpfull and friendly Our room was clean with plenty of towels in the bathroom, The breakfast was good , its a good Hotel we will stay again
