For a trip it was okay! The service staff was very unfriendly! The pictures in the internet from the breakfast were wrong! No Croissants or anything like that! The Roms okay!

 "The hotel I needed"
The welcome, even if very late in the night, was friendly.The room was nice and met my expectations.The ratio quality /value ratio was correct.The only drawback was the noise coming from the street as I got a front room.I would definitely recommend this hotel in London.

 "Really friendly welcome to the hotel, we arrived and needed to leave..."
Pros: Really friendly welcome to the hotel, we arrived and needed to leave straight away to go and watch a show-staff ordered taxi's for us with no problem. a nice triple room with no frills but comfortable and good size, comfortable beds and was clean. no ensuite but the wc and shower was just outside our door so no inconvenience there. all round an enjoyable stay.
Cons: Breakfast was a little disorganised, the ladies told my friend that they had to serve the english breakfast but then disappeared so we served ourselves anyway, the food was okay but not excellent.

Pros: Reception staff were very helpful and informative. bathroom linen fresh every day and bed made. bathroom was spotlessly clean. although room had no airconditioning, there was a ceiling fan and, importantly, an additional fan which could be used during the night.
Cons: I experienced slow internet access with servers from australia and some error messages in processing emails.
